Glenbrook is set in nine acres of mixed grass and woodland, with five main camping areas accommodating a total of 200 campers.
Mam Tor site is the largest and is suitable for District Camps or units who want to spread out a bit!
There is a wooden wet weather hut on the edge of Mam Tor site with chairs, tables, fridge, freezer, kettle and urn. Whilst located closest to Mam Tor site it is available to hire by any users on site.
Ringing Roger is a largish site with easy access to the toilet block via a little bridge over the stream.
Mam Tor and Ringing Roger both have wood burning camp ovens. We suggest that any food cooked in them is wrapped in silver foil.
Burbage camp site is set at the far end of Derwent building and has a dedicated single toilet / shower that is accessable all year. Burbage is an ideal site to be used in conjunction with Derwent for groups using both camping and indoor facilities.
Winnats site is a smaller site, close to the car park and is ideal for DofE groups.
Ladybower site is located infront of Derwent and is suitable for smaller groups.
There is a toilet block with electric showers.
All campers have access to the fridge / freezer room, altar fires and nearby water taps.
For Duke of Edinburgh campers there are seven outdoor sinks with hot and cold water for pot washing.
We also offer limited equipment for hire during your stay.
