Glenbrook House (pictured above) sleeps 31 people.
On the ground floor there is a lounge (with an open fire), dining room, kitchen, scullery, a single bedroom, 2 toilets and a boot room. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 41 people.
Upstairs there are five dormitories, 2 x 10, 2 x 4 and 1 x 2 bed, 4 showers and 3 toilets.
Chatsworth Flat sleeps up to 4 people and is located at the end of Derwent.
There is one twin and one double bedroom, kitchen, lounge / diner and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. It also has a TV, DVD player and Wi Fi and is ideal for Adult Girlguiding / Scouting members as a holiday break or overspill from buildings for leaders.
Glenbrook Outdoor Activity Centre offers indoor accommodation in a range of self catering buildings that can be booked in combinations to make a maximum of 78 beds.
All the indoor residential accommodation has WiFi.
Peveril Flat, situated above Glenbrook House, sleeps 10 people in one dormitory, with one bunk curtained off for leaders. There is also a toilet, shower, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge / diner.
Peveril is accessed via the fire escape if not booked with the rest of the house. (Please note that there is the possibility that young people may be "sleeping" in the rooms below so there may be some noise.)
Derwent, sleeps 33 people.
On the ground floor there are 1 x 3 and 1 x 2 bed rooms with solid doors and then 7 x 4 bed rooms with curtains as doors. There is a wet room plus 4 showers and 6 toilets.
Upstairs is a large activity room, with tables and chairs and a few comfy seats. The kitchen is equipped to cater for 100 people with a dishwasher and industrial cooker. There is a disabled toilet and a stairlift between the grounds and first floors.
